Crusted Salmon

For mild salmon taste choose Atlantic Wild salmon or Wild Sockeye salmon

Instructions:

Pan sear salmon for about 2 minutes with flesh side down then flip for about 2 more minutes.

Allow to cool slightly

Apply Rub on flesh side of salmon and Bake covered in oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees

2 tablespoons organic brown sugar (22 calories)

2 tsp unprocessed sea salt (0 calories 468mg sodium)

1 dash pepper (0 calories)

1/2 teaspoon cumin (7 calories)

1/8 teaspoon Los Chileros Organic Ancho Chile powder (McCormick is OK too) (2 calories 21mg sodium)

Rub total calories = about 31 Calories, 5 from fat.
